Packing for the Birth

It’s almost baby time! And do you have your birth bag packed? Whether you are giving birth at home, a birth center or hospital there are some things you’ll want to have ready to go when you go into labor. And this list is to get you started on which items you should have ready for you, your birth partner and your baby. You’ll labor at home as well even if you’re birthing in another location, so some of these you’ll use at home during your labor. I recommend packing your bag between 32 – 35 weeks of pregnancy so you aren’t worrying about this as you get ready to birth your baby.
